For the second time, HAN editions have trusted me to illustrate the 7 families game on French cheeses!
A strong project that highlights 42 French dairy products with their regions. I really enjoyed drawing the particularities of each one and finding in each one nuances in the colors and in the shapes.
For the second time, HAN have entrusted me with the task of illustrating a 7-family game about French cheeses!
It's a great project, highlighting 42 French dairy products and their regions. I really enjoyed drawing the particularities of each one and finding nuances in the colors and shapes of each one.
The specifications were simple.
° A simple background, the visual of the cheese and a map of France with the location of the place of manufacture.
For the background I opted for a traditional paint effect color gradient with a brush having a paper grain.
So I wanted to give the impression of old French gastronomic paintings that one might have found on cheese packaging for example.
